Happy International Women's Day!
I am delighted to announce that applications are now open for my Mississauga-Erin Mills Women's Council!
I am looking for 12 dynamic women from all walks of life to advise me on the issues that matter most to our community. Since 2018, the ladies of the Erin Mills Women's Council have done fantastic work advocating for residents in our riding. Over the coming year, my women's council will have an important role to play as we ensure that women and girls have a voice at the table in our federal government.
As a member of the Women's Council, you will:
- Attend monthly meetings to advise me on the challenges impacting women and girls in our riding;
- Organize virtual events to support residents; and
- Help me advocate for the needs of our community
